We are looking for a highly motivated and competitive Field Sales Representative to help grow our business in Lusaka. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and closing sales in our hosting and website development services. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and will play a key role in driving revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and managing sales for our range of services including web hosting, website design and development, email hosting, domain registration, DNS management, and website maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and close sales through various methods such as door-to-door, cold calling, and presentations.
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering the appropriate services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Research potential clients and sales leads, follow up, and close sales.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and service offerings.
- Provide feedback and report on sales progress and performance to management using data and statistics.
- Manage and grow a client database within your assigned territory.
- Research competitors and market trends to effectively position our services.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with basic sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus, but not required.
